I am an Energy Empowerment Coach and Craniosacral Therapist, I work with tired, overwhelmed mothers who are feel out of step with the Dance of Life. My clients sense that something is missing, or something doesn’t fit but don’t know exactly what they are looking for, or how to begin finding it.
I support them to connect with what they truly want from life, giving them permission and empowering them to write their own story. From here they begin intentionally crafting a life that they love, one that is aligned with who they are at all levels – body mind and soul.
My coaching style weaves together powerful and strategic coaching skills with intuitive and energetic alignment skills I developed through my Craniosacral work. I guide my clients to take simple, soulful, yet strategic steps to connect within, clarify their vision and begin making their dream story a reality.
What does Zest mean to you and how does this show up in your life?
Zest is joy, it is passion, it is inspiration. It shows up as enthusiasm for what I do and keeps me motivated.
What are your daily non-negotiable’s: your must-haves or must-do’s?
Meditation is my number one and absolutely non-negotiable, I meditate every morning and often at night too.
Even occasionally in the middle of the day if I’m feeling drained or a need to realign in order to get focused.
Who inspires you and why?
Gabby Bernstein, I love her energy, her passion and her unapologetic dedication to owning her spirituality and spreading love in the world.
How have you overcome heartbreak & disappointment, and how did you unbreak your Heart ?
I overcame the heartbreak and disappointment I felt about my life by stepping out of the blame and shame game and taking responsibility to write my own story.
I had followed all of society’s rules and ticked all the boxes, I had done what I was ‘meant’ to do, but inside I was deeply unhappy.
My life wasn’t what I had hoped or dreamed, and it didn’t nourish me at a heart and soul level.
My disappointment shifted into frustration and anger, and whilst really at myself, this often bubbled up directed at others. I had been letting life happen to me, riding in the passenger seat, and made all my decisions through the filter of what I thought others wanted me to choose, or to fulfil some perceived societal expectation. At no point had I taken the time to know myself, to hear my dreams. Amy Taylor Kabbaz’s Reconnect Program was the turning point for me, from there I discovered the importance of self-value, true self-care, self-trust and self-responsibility too.
Finally giving myself permission (& having loved her program so much) I took the steps to qualify to become a life coach myself and step into a career I feel passionate about, one that is in service and I find it incredibly rewarding.
Tell me about balance in your life and how have you achieved this.
Balance for me also involves remembering to nourish all parts of myself and honouring what each of them needs, and to really be open to receive guidance if an area has been neglected.
When a part of me has been suppressed, ignored or its wisdom not listened to or honoured, it will eventually arise through my body as a feeling, sensed physically in my body or as an emotion. By allow these feelings or emotions to be heard and expressed they can move through me. In this way I can receive the wisdom, or message behind it without being stuck in them, or having them stuck in my energy body.
I found balance by embracing my whole person, all aspects of myself and exploring each and also experimenting and playing to find what really lights each of them up
What’s upcoming on your agenda?
Wed 8th August in Northbridge Sydney I am Co-hosting a workshop for overwhelmed mothers to learn some tools to help them light up again.
Tickets for that are available on EventBrite.
I also recorded an interview on Awareness with Lizzie Moult on her Wild Success Podcast, this is due to be released in early August
